The Romantic Black and White Wedding of Benny and Sherly

            Romanticism that Eden Design wants to create for the wedding of Benny and Sherly is “Dreamy Marble Castle in Black”. The concept specifically presents two contrastive black and white colors. We display all-in-white design outside before entering the ballroom and romantic black inside. What we want to highlight is the romanticism exposed by the black color in the wedding of Benny and Sherly at Harris Hotel, Surabaya.     

          We divide the room in Harris Hotel into three parts: pre-function, transition and main areas. The pre-function area has a letter “L” form which is used as a receptionist part, photo gallery and photo corner.

           When guests arrive, they first see the receptionist area which we design with elegant white furniture and a backdrop of full-blocking flowers. To balance and harmonize it, just across the area, we put photo gallery with a background of gradation rose petals which is specific Eden Design to complete the concept of the white wedding. We intentionally choose white-painted furniture with vintage theme to tune up with the color theme of the room.    

Let us turn to the next area, the photo gallery, where the guests are indulged with a different design. We, indeed, still use the furniture with the complexities of white vintage; however, we do not apply a backdrop with full-blocking flowers. Instead, we simply hang a backdrop of transparant white cloth with flower design. When we go a bit further, we come to the photo corner which is designed with heaps of flowers on the floor just like a flower garden with some vintage furniture. As a backdrop, we employ silver-color marble with the signatures of the bride and the bridegroom on it. The form and design of the signatures are similar to the letters on their invitation card.
